GOLFWEEKEND TRAVEL PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Golfweekend.lt website (further Golfweekend.lt). We appreciate your interest in Golfweekend.lt services and travel products. By accessing or using Golfweekend.lt website in any manner, you agree with the terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the website:

° The site and its content, including without limitations trademarks, logos, brands, etc. is the copyrighted property of Golfweekend.lt and/or its third party providers and distributors. Such properties are protected by copyright and other laws. The rights to this property are non transferable and cannot be exploited without prior written permission of Golfweekend.lt and/or its third parties.

° You may use the website of Golfweekend.lt and the content for private, non-commercial use only. The use of this site for any other purposes whatsoever is to be considered as an unauthorized use which may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws and rights and which is strictly prohibited. By accessing or using Golfweekend.lt website in any manner, you agree with the terms and conditions and you may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases.

° When registering, the visitor of Golfweekend.lt is responsible for keeping the confidentiality of his/her account information and password. No person under the age of 18 may order services or buy packages from Golfweekend.lt, without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

° By registering and using the services of Golfweekend.lt through this website, you provide your personal information and agree that Golfweekend may use it in the way necessary to provide the requested services and/or marketing activities.

° All the information, published on Golfweekend.lt is provided „as is“. Golfweekend.lt and any third party providers and distributors do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the data shown on this site.

2. Liability and its limitations:

° In no event shall Golfweekend.lt and/or any third party providers or distributors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, which arises out of or is in any way connected with visitors access and use of Golfweekend.lt website; with the failure or delay of such access and use; the performance or non performance by Golfweekend.lt or any third party

° At any time and without notice, without any liability Golfweekend.lt may terminate or restrict users access to any component of this site, should Golfweekend.lt find any breach or infringement of its rights and/or conditions.  

° The information, products, and servines, published on this website, may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. 

3. General Rules and Regulations:

° At any time without prior notice Golfweekend.lt may amend these Terms and Conditions, also this Agreement, the contents of this page, products&services, access to the website and its availability and other.

° Golfweekend.lt reserves the right to correct an inaccuracy or error in any indicated price prior to confirming the purchase of Golfweekend.lt package or service.

° The terms of use of Golfweekend.lt and the Agreement are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.

° Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your selected services/packages at Golfweekend.lt at the time of booking your reservation. No aspect of the package is guaranteed (including price, availability or dates of travel, etc.) until full payment is received.

° Should Golfweekend.lt not be able to confirm your ordered package and requirements, though the payment has been made, Golfweekend.lt commits to return full respective amount.  

° The visitor of the website is fully responsible to make sure that he/she has all necessary travel documents to travel to Lithuania (including visas, etc.). We suggest that you check with Lithuania´s local consulate or other office if you have any questions. You will not be eligible for refunds if an improper documentation results in delayed or unused components of your package.

° All persons under your package must travel on the same itinerary. Individual travelers cannot be added or deleted from a chosen Golfweekend.lt package after booking, unless agreed with the agents of Golfweekend.lt on a separate basis. Once your package is booked, your reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name for any component of a package.

° Delivery of vouchers covering the Golfweekend.lt packages will be effected by electronic mail (e-mails) sent at the address indicated in the profile which you create when entering on this site.

° Any information from the part of Golfweekend.lt will be passed to you by e-mails at the same e-mail address or by telephone using the number you indicated as your contact reference.

4. Changes and cancellations:

° The buyer of Golfweekend.lt products/services may cancel the purchase and get up to 100% refund for it not less then 30 days prior to the trip. To cancel the purchase traveler must contact Golfweekend.lt by e-mail & telephone. If the buyer contacts Golfweekend.lt later then 30 days prior to the trip, Golfweekend.lt is not liable to make any changes or cancellations and is not liable to provide any refund.

° If the buyer wishes to make changes and/or cancellations later then 30 days prior to the purchased trip, he/she can contact the travel agent of Golfweekend.lt. Though not liable, Golfweekend.lt may approve the changes/cancellation at no additional costs. In such case the buyer would be informed in written – by e-mail. The buyer would be responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by Golfweekend.lt or the Third parties, such as golf club or hotel cancellation fees or charges. Please note that, for some hotels, once your reservation is confirmed, your reservation may be wholly non-refundable.

° The buyer must pay any increase in price resulting from a change.

4. Payments:

° Prices and availability of individual components of your package are valid only in conjunction with the package in its entirety and do not apply to any single component thereof.

° The prices of Golfweekend.lt travel package and services reflect the listed services, but do not include additional charges for additional services which the traveler may order at the golf club or at the hotel (such as telephone access, in-room movies, energy surcharges, rental of golfing equipment, etc.). These charges must be paid at the hotel or golf club counters.

° Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize Golfweekend.lt to facilitate hotel/private transfer/golf club reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with suppliers. When confirming your package, you agree with the total reservation price (including tax and other fees) and that your credit card will be charged by Golfweekend.lt for the total reservation price.

° Payment in full must be made with a credit card at the time of booking your reservation.

° No refund will be given for unused or partially used package components.
